Sidy was a former member of the National Ballet of Senegal and a former band member of Youssou N’Dour. The warm sounds of live percussion on djembé and doundouns during the African dance invite you to move and dance. Feel the rhythm of djembé and African dance in your hands, in your body and your heart. The African dance is very intense and ideal for removing excess calories : shoulders, chest, hips, arms and legs move to different rhythms of the live – music.
