On Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., we will kick off the second edition of the Urban Youth Festival “Urban Yard 2” with thanks to Stad Brugge and the many hip-hop enthusiasts who are participating.

With everything for the hip hop & urban lover.
Come and enjoy with us a day full of urban and hip hop culture.

 

What’s on that day:

Break Yard (Event Square Outside): An outdoor breakdance battle with different cypher spots.

• 3vs3 for kids (-16).
  Prize money for the winners: 75 euro
• -3vs3 (+16)
  Prize money for the winners: 150euro

Provinces Break Battle: Dancers from each province of Belgium compete as a team against other provinces. All Battle All! No Pricemoney/Or Jugdes!!! For Breaking Honour and Fun!!!

Hip Hop Yard (Event Square Outside): A 1vs1 hip hop Battle outdoors with several cypher spots.

• 1vs1 (+16), prize money for the winner is 50 euros.

3on3 Basket Yard (Parking Warehouse): A 3on3 street basketball tournament with 2 Spots in the parking lot.

Rap/Mc Yard (Backyard Warehouse): In the Mc/Rap Yard near and around the Graffiti Yard there will be an open stage to discover starting rapper talent and also only raw rappers in the game come off for some hard bars to drop. It sounds like a must-visit for fans of hip-hop and raw talent!

Graffiti Yard (Backyard Warehouse): A Graffiti Jam for both kids and adults where you can see Graffiti artists live at work.
An additional Graffiti workshop for the kids is also planned.
