On Sunday, the installation will go ahead, continuously from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Interactive movement installation at 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

11 young adults set to work with the title “Dansstorm”. They drew inspiration from sounds, words, images and their own experiences. Together with musician Kunde, they experimented with sounds inside and outside the studio and created a soundtrack that inspired the textile installation. With choreographer Astrid Delombaerde, they will bring the movement installation to life during the festival.

De Batterie is a participatory art practice that develops artistic projects in Flanders and Brussels. We give children, young people and adults a voice and offer them a platform from the arts. We create artistic realizations while engaging in dialogue with the environment.

In collaboration with professional artists, De Batterie starts each project from a new context. This results in an operation that keeps moving, innovating and looking for a relevant social role. De Batterie therefore also works closely with many partners from the educational, welfare, and cultural sectors.
