Danzas shakes, walks and dances the city and festival awake on Sunday morning à la Pina Bausch!

Danzas was inspired for DANSSTORM by Pina Bausch’s Seasons’ March. We will learn a short choreography in Begijnhofpark for the arms before walking it through the city to the Budascoop in one long chain. We wake up the city and festival with breath, movement and gentle music. What more can you wish for? Along the way, anyone who wants to can join in - in front, at the back or in the middle.
DANZAS is a dance school in Kortrijk, where passion, pleasure and technique are central to a varied range of lessons offered to beginners and advanced, from 2.5 years to 50 plus. A lot of attention is paid to the correct dance technique (unique in the region are lessons in Horton and Graham!) taught by top teachers. At the same time, we endeavour to stay a warm, inclusive school, where every student is encouraged to use and develop his or her talents.
