In Cécile, three performers move in a perpetual loop, a pattern that seems to repeat itself. Despite this, they manage to find an abundance of creative possibilities. Poses and movements appear, change and disappear again. The result is an energetic stream of movement where the performers are so independent of each other yet use each other for support so much that they seem to merge into one dancing body.
Sinking Sideways is a new Flemish trio testing the distinction between circus and dance. The production Cécile is particularly reminiscent of the work of Rosas and Alexander Vantournhout.
